What is Body Stress Release?
A gentle technique with far reaching effects!
While most people define health as an absence of pain or discomfort, the Body Stress Release (BSR) definition of “health”is “all areas of the body working optimally, 100% of the time”. If the nervous system is disrupted by stored tension (body stress), various imbalances in the system appear. These imbalances will present themselves in various ways: from pain or joint stiffness, to migraines, mobility issues or systemic issues. The premise of Body Stress Release is to prompt the body’s innate healing ability by addressing the underlying causes. In order to do this the practitioner will assess the client by performing a series of reflex tests to pin-point the precise areas of the body that are affected.
